About BCS Hotels
BCS Hotels is the group hotel booking desk of BCS Charter, a group travel company working with tour operators in Europe since 2012.
Who runs the group hotel desk
BCS Charter operates through BCS Charter Inc., registered in Florida, and a BV in Amsterdam. The company has been organizing group transport in Europe since 2012. BCS Hotels adds the second part of most group tours: the hotels. The desk handles group hotel booking for tour operators with 20 to 500 rooms per tour, on a request basis.
Three sites, one company
- bcshotels.com (this site): group hotels for coach tours and other group programs in Europe.
- bcs-bus.com: coach charter in Europe, from airport transfers to multi-day coach tours.
- bcscharter.com: the group transport quote site of BCS Charter.
An operator can request hotels here and a coach on bcs-bus.com for the same itinerary, so hotel locations and coach logistics are planned together.
Contact the team

Frequently asked questions
Is BCS Hotels part of BCS Charter?
Yes. BCS Hotels is the hotel desk of BCS Charter, which operates through BCS Charter Inc. in Florida and a BV in Amsterdam and has worked in group travel in Europe since 2012. The same company runs bcs-bus.com for coach charter and bcscharter.com for group transport quotes.
Do I have to book a coach with BCS to use the hotel desk?
No. The hotel desk works on its own, and many groups travel by train or plane between cities. If your tour does use a coach, you can request it from bcs-bus.com for the same dates, and hotels are then chosen with coach access and parking in mind.
Which markets does BCS Hotels serve?
The desk works with tour operators and travel businesses based outside the European Union, mainly those selling multi-day group tours to Europe. Groups need at least 20 rooms across the tour. Hotels are booked in the European cities listed on our destinations page, which follow common coach tour routes.
Upload your itinerary. We return a group hotel proposal within 48 hours.
No fee to request. One contact and one contract for every hotel on the tour, from 20 to 500 rooms.
