bcshotels.com is a group hotel desk operated by BCS Charter Inc., Lake Worth, Florida, United States. Through the site a tour operator or travel company can ask for hotel rooms for a group of travelers in the destinations we cover. The desk sources hotels, negotiates group rates and returns a proposal.

The site does not sell rooms online and does not show live availability. Nothing is booked when you send a request, add a hotel to a request or receive a proposal.

The service is for businesses only: tour operators, travel agencies, educational and religious travel organizers, sports and event organizers and similar companies that arrange travel for groups. By sending a request you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and that the information you give is correct.

We currently serve operators based outside the European Union. Requests from companies based in an EU member state cannot be accepted at the moment.

• A request is free and creates no obligation on either side. We aim to send a first proposal within 48 hours on working days. This is a service target, not a guarantee.
• Indicative rates shown on the site are drafts based on public price levels. They are not offers. The rates that apply are the ones stated in a written proposal.
• A proposal is valid for the period stated in it, usually until the release date given by the hotel. Hotels may change availability and rates until you confirm.
• A booking becomes binding only when you confirm the proposal in writing and we confirm the rooms back to you. From that moment the group contract issued with the confirmation applies, including its deposit, release, rooming list and cancellation terms.
• Prices are quoted in euro unless stated otherwise. City taxes, resort fees and similar charges are shown separately when they apply.

• Give accurate dates, group sizes and requirements, and tell us promptly when they change.
• Send rooming lists and payments by the dates in the group contract.
• Upload only files you are entitled to share. Do not upload personal data of travelers before a booking is confirmed unless we ask for it.
• Do not use the site to send automated, bulk or misleading requests.

We take care to give correct information, but the destination pages, hotel lists, coach access notes and indicative rates are provided for orientation only and may be out of date. Always rely on the written proposal and the group contract.

To the extent permitted by law, BCS Charter Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by hotels or other suppliers acting outside our instructions, or for events beyond our reasonable control. For a confirmed booking our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the services concerned.

Texts and the layout of this site belong to BCS Charter Inc. Hotel locations are based on OpenStreetMap data, available under the Open Database License. Photos from Wikimedia Commons are credited on the page where they appear and are used under their respective licenses. You may quote from the site with a link to the source.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes that cannot be settled by discussion are brought before the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
