How quickly will I get an answer?
You receive a proposal with hotels and group rates within 48 hours on working days. Requests sent on a weekend or public holiday are counted from the next working day. For very large groups or unusual dates, the desk may send questions first so the proposal matches what you need.
Is there a fee to send a request?
No. Sending a request and receiving a proposal is free, and there is no obligation to book. Hotels are only booked after you approve the proposal and the group contract is in place, so you can compare the offer with other options before deciding.
