How the destination pages work
Each destination page is built for tour operators planning group hotel stays in one city. On every page you will find:
- Large hotels on a map. Up to 10 hotels with many rooms, shown with their location, star level and room count where it can be verified. Add any of them to your shortlist and request group prices for the hotels you picked.
- Indicative group rates. Ranges per twin room per night for 3★ and 4★ hotels in low and high season, as a planning guide. Your actual rates come in the proposal.
- Coach logistics. Notes on coach access, drop-off and parking, low emission or restricted zones, and rooms for drivers.
- Where groups stay. The areas that work for tour groups, and links to neighboring cities on typical routes.
The hotels on a page are a starting point, not a limit. The desk can propose other hotels in the same city that suit your group better.
Why these cities
We only publish pages for cities on coach tour routes that our team quotes regularly. If your itinerary includes a city that is not listed, send it through the request page anyway and the desk will say whether it can source hotels there.

Can I request hotels that are not shown on a destination page?
Yes. The hotels shown on each page are large properties that commonly suit groups, but the desk can source other hotels in the same city. Add a note to your request with the hotel name, area or star level you prefer, and the proposal will include suitable options with group rates.
Are the rates on destination pages bookable prices?
No. They are indicative ranges per twin room per night, based on public rate levels, and are meant for planning a budget. Actual group rates depend on dates, events, room mix, meals and release terms, and are confirmed in the proposal the desk sends within 48 hours (working days).
Do you book group hotels in cities outside this list?
The destination pages cover cities on common coach tour routes, but tours often include smaller stops along the way. Send the full itinerary through the request page, including any cities not listed here, and the desk will tell you in the proposal which stops it can cover.
